Silah provides online educational services including but not limited to:

• Live and recorded Quran recitation and Tajweed lessons
• One-on-one tutoring sessions with qualified teachers

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice to users.

3. Payments

All payments are due in full via our secure checkout before access to paid services is granted. We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through our third-party payment gateway.

• Payments are processed securely via Verifone / 2Checkout — we do not store your card details
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction

4. Delivery of Services

Upon successful payment, access to digital content (recordings, materials, lesson plans) will be made available immediately through your student dashboard. Scheduled live sessions will begin at the agreed time communicated at checkout or via email.

In the event of a technical issue preventing timely delivery, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange an alternative delivery method or time at no extra cost.

5. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, audio recordings, and lesson materials, is the intellectual property of Silah or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

Upon full payment for a course or program, the client is granted a non-exclusive, personal licence to use the delivered materials for personal educational purposes only. Commercial redistribution, resale, or republication of any content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Silah.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorised access
• Record, copy, or redistribute lesson sessions without written permission
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with other users' experience

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
